Conditioning in Practice
Objectives such as improving soccer ability in connection with obtaining better results in real competitive matches are of little interest in the context of the youngest players.
Very young players are more concerned with their own action than with the result of their team or the functioning of its different units or its position in the league tables. The condition of a very young player is more readily expressed in the way in which they deal with one of the first difficult factors or obstacles in their soccer development, The Ball.
This is one of the first requirements in the development of a childs soccer ability.
