I have watched the "Fast Feet" program for the last 18 months as a father, personal trainer and coach of elite athletes. It is refreshing to see a program that has it's foundation built on sound exercise physiology, advanced biomechanics, and is driven by coaches who have a obvious passion for developing young athletes.
