AGE 6-12 YEARS

You will complete 15 hours of  Fast Feet Training.

Improve on your initial Test Times.

Test Times are Linear Running.

20m Sprint with and without the ball.

20m Slalom sprint with and without the ball.

Note

The ball must be under control during the tests.

AGE 13-OPEN 

You will complete 15 hours of   Fast Feet Training.

Improve on your initial Test Times. Test Times are Linear Running.  

30m Sprint with and without the ball.

30m Slalom sprint with and without the ball.
