You will need to have Completed Levels 1,2,3 Fast Feet Training plus a further 20 hours.

Improve on your Initial Test Times.

Tests are a Stand Up 10m Sprint incorporating a Box and Pole.

Backwards and Forward foot placement Ladder Test with and without ball manipulation.

Balance Two Touch Test from a sitting  position. (on a Balance Cushion)

Attitude and Aptitude

Show Consideration to your Parents  fellow Athletes and Coaches.

Run a simple Hurdle Drill.

Backwards and Forward Hurdle Run incorporating String Trip set-up and ball.

Multi-Directional foot placement drill hurdle Test. 

Attitude and Aptitude

Show Consideration to your Parents  fellow Athletes and Coaches.

Run a Drill and Progress it with the Desired outcome.
