International Coaching Conference

Fast Feet High Performance in Sport, was invited to attend this International Coaching Conference to give a demonstration of it's unique style of coaching, in front of over 150 coaches from around Queensland and including International and National Coaches from around the World.

Gary and I managed to ask some of the Coaches what they thought of the Fast Feet program.

Michael Hennigan was impressed with the agility of the players and liked the resistance style of training we incorporated.

Michael Beale was impressed with the overall balance and control the players had mastered, using our unique style of training and was very pleased to see that we used the ball as much as possible within the drills.
