Hey I am Jackson Hill I have been doing Fast Feet for 6 months and I am at level 5. Fast Feet has helped me in a lot of ways. The best way Fast Feet has helped me is that it has helped me be a lot quicker over the first few steps, which has helped me win the ball from my opponents a lot easier, and also given me faster movements to help me beat opponents. Fast Feet has also increased my speed and has also helped me gain better touch on the ball. Fast feet is challenging, intense and has pushed me too the max. After a couple of years of average performance I am now beginning to see the results of Fast Feet. My speed has increased dramatically, and I seem to be able to accelerate to the ball faster than the opposition. We are only half way through the season and I have scored 13+ goals.
